Bee Friendly

 The entire family is involved with caring for their bees and creating wonderful honey.

They have only bees that they have rescued from other places on Cozumel Island and transported to safe remote locations. In addition to the common apis bee, their apiary has the rare melipona stingless bee, whose honey is documented to have more medicinal properties than typical honeys.

Their honey 100% raw honey and has no extra ingredients, water, or flavoring.

 Honey will take on the flavors of the necter that the bees collect. Cozumel honey is said to have a slight salt nuance with floral overtones.
