Handmade Wooden Chorreador

These chorreadors are a Costa Rican tradition and are used to make drip coffee. Handmade from Costa Rican Guanacaste wood, each one is unique and displays the skill of the craftsman.

The Chorreador is a manual Pour-over Coffee Dripper with ar reusable Cloth Filter (Bolsa de Chorrear Cafe, or bolsita). Put the ground coffee in the cloth filter, then pour boiled water through the filter and into your coffee mug. Costa Ricans are firm that this drip-through method makes the best possible coffee.

They are about 10 inches (25cm) tall.
