Vanilla, commonly referred to as Mayan Gold, is the second most expensive spice in the world. Consequently, the majority of vanilla consumed in America is the more cost-efficient, lab-created vanillin that doesn't have any vanilla in it at all.
Our offering of pure authentic vanilla is produced on one single farm in the Yucatan from Grade A beans that reach up to 7 inches.
For those who prefer the flavor and aroma of true vanilla but do not need the beans, use the extract, available in 50ml and 100ml bottles, as an accompaniment to salt, sugar, marinades, and sauces.
