We are offering several authentic vanilla options and all produced at the same vanilla farm in the Yucatan from Grade A vanilla beans.
Bakers will want to try all the options, especially the beans themselves that are 7 inches in length. Most of us can be satisfied by using the extract, salt and sugar for toppings, marinades and sauces.
