Pure Vanilla Products

Vanilla is also called Mayan Gold by the locals because it is the world's second most expensive spice. As a result nearly all the "vanilla" consumed in the US is the much less expensive synthesized vanillin.

We are offering several authentic vanilla options and all produced at the same vanilla farm in the Yucatan from Grade A vanilla beans.

Bakers will want to try all the options, especially the beans themselves that are 7 inches in length. Most of us can be satisfied by using the extract, salt and sugar for toppings, marinades and sauces.

The extract comes in 50 and 100ml (1.7 and 3.4 ounce) bottles.
