Honey processed coffee does not contain honey; instead, its sweetness is achieved through extra preparation methods to give the beans a sugary flavor.

Through years of perfecting their washing and drying intervals, Torunes Farms has created a unique and rich carmelized taste for their red-yellow beans, enhanced by the oils in the musilege.

Originating in Costa Rica during a drought, the honey processing technique uses less water and results in a superior end product. However, only 1% of the world's coffee comes from Costa Rica, and the honey processed variety makes up less than 0.1% of their production.

To ensure maximum freshness, the coffee is vacuum-sealed in 1-pound triple-layered bags and is available in whole or pre-ground beans.
